Event Description

Van Jones, senior fellow at the Center for American Progress and author of The Green Collar Economy, will deliver the 2011 William Weber Lecture in Government and Society at Kalamazoo College on Wed., November 2, at 8:00 PM, in Dalton Theatre, 1200 Academy St., Kalamazoo. A book signing will follow in the lobby. Call 337-7398 for info.

Admission is free and open to the public, but a ticket is required. Advance tickets for the general public are available (limit two per person) Oct. 25-28 (Mon-Fri), 4-6 PM, from the Arcus Center for Social Justice Leadership, 217 Monroe St., Kalamazoo College. Tickets for Kalamazoo College students, faculty and staff (ID required) are available 11-1 and 5-7 each day in Hicks Student Center on campus.

Hammer him hard with real questions and comments, but do it respectfully and intelligently. I have a few questions I'd like to ask him as well.
