Eileen M. Toney will speak on the topic of "Business Development in Cass County"
Eileen is a long time resident of Southwestern Michigan. She graduated high school in Dowagiac and earned her Associates of Art Degree from SMC, Bachelors of Science, and MBA from Bethel College, and attended the Graduate School of Banking - University of Wisconsin at Madison.
