The US Department of Education is one that Ron Paul would eliminate.  As this Imprimis article points out, Paul’s move would be constitutionally sound.

Good article Ray.  Pointing out, once again, how centralized government control of anything causes concentration of power and $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$'s in the hands of too few, leading to the inevitable corruption due to human falability.
