CISPA passes House

The Cyber-Security Intelligence and Protection Act passed the House yesterday afternoon by a 248 Republican for to a 168 Democrat against vote.

Fred Upton votes along party lines 92% of the time, so I assume his voted “Yea”.

BHO has threatened to veto the bill because it doesn’t go far enough.
