Thanks for the role call vote.  I understand that the Senate version will be more pervasive (sans the House amendments) as per BHO.   It looks to me like the House Dems were hoping for the Democratic Senate/ BHO version to carry the day.   Both versions will probably end up in committee to work out a compromise.

Passage seems certain unless public pressure turns the tide, as it did with SOPA.

Big Brother will tighten his grip to squelch/intimidate dissension against official policy.   History is full of such tyranny.   In our case it'll be a democratic dictatorship.
