Liberty and Freedom

great idea: Why not have a lecture series of sorts, about the constitution? like GR?

I can personally say that the book, What Every American Needs to Know About the Quran" shows us how the Quran contradicts/overturns every single amenment and right, one by one, with citations.

Whoa. If every American reads that book, they will know why muslims are dangerous as elected officials.

Have you ever read the Qur'an, or just a book telling you what the Qur'an reads? Every religious sect has extremists that try to force their beliefs on others, and can also be violent towards other humans. The best way to know truth, is to find it yourself.
Yes, I have read the translated Quran. Anyone who does will not fall for this bullcrap religion of peace stuff. It's that violent. The tricky thing is, that Quranic verses written later in Mohammed's life cancel out (abrogate) earlier verses... and yes, the early verses were the ones that were peaceful and nicey nicey towards non-muslims. Later verses were the ones giving muslims permission to kill anyone who doesn't submit to Islam or who tries to leave Islam... after these verses were written, Islam exploded in numbers.. by force, and by allowing muslims to own/marry/own as slaves all captured cities' women for themselves.
If you only read the early verses of the Quran, then you can believe the line. Problem is, the Quran is not written along a linear timeline, but organized longest SURA (verse) to shortest, or vice versa. So you must know the Hadith (Mo's life written down by others- used as the perfect example of man to muslims) in order to figure out which verses are early/later. Most Americans are converted ONLY with knowledge about the early verses.

Also, Islam is the only religion on earth that blends together a political system, religious beliefs, and militaristic goals. This means, that to teach Islam in a public school for example, kids get all three doctrines, as they are all together, as written by Mohammed. NO other religion does this. AND gives it's followers a freee pass to kill all other non-believers with impunity.

Beth, you are spreading hate for this religion. What you say is not true about the Muslim religion, or the Prophet Muhammad. I have looked into this religion and what it stands for, and you are way off on your accusations of this religion. One of Muhammad's last request was to take care of the women, and treat them with respect. What you witness in the mainstream today is NOT what this is about.
Sorry, Muslim religion should read Islam religion.
It's not hate speech if it's true. You have not read the Quran, my friend. I could guide you to numerous videos of imams saying that Islam is on this earth to be dominant, superior over all other religions.

You can call me whatever you want, but don't accuse me of hate speech if you don't know what Islam's holy books say, and not just the early Mecca verses.

You are right, I have not finished the Qur'an yet. The reason why I say you are spreading hate about this religion is because, not all Muslims fall into the radical sect of Islam, nor do they condone the violent behavior towards other people. I personally know a few Muslims who have a very hard time in society, because of the very propaganda you preach regarding Islam. Are you really worried that America will be over taken by radical Islam sect's? There are bigger things to worry about in this country than that at the moment. I worry more about the trampling over our rights, than I do about being the victim of a terrorist act. I worry more about the future of my child, than I do about Muslim's taking over DC. These are nothing more than tactics to keep all of us separated and divided, so that we fight and argue amongst each other, instead of standing side by side, as one.

I am not saying that the Muslims who practice Islam are all for peace, because it is obvious that there are some who are not. The bottom line is, we will never know who is right, or who is wrong, until we meet our maker. So instead of arguing over technicalities, let's focus on the common ground between us all, and work from there. Remember, be the change you want to see in the world.

There is a bigger threat to man kind than Islam.
Jason, all I can say is that I used to be where you are now. I am using my Christian discernment to educate others on the very scary and violent truths on Islam that Americans do not hear about, for many reasons, the least of which is that Islam denies the trinity and that Jesus is the Son of God, and condemns all Christians to hell for this. Our God commands that we love our neighbor, but not that we sit idly by as they kill people all over the world adn then cry "We're the victims."

Just please, if you want to read the Quran so that duplications of stories are elimminated and it is in "time order" you can order the Abridged "Simple Quran" by the www.cspipublishing.com website... I hope I got that right...;-)

Beth,

Americans, and every other country know all about the violence many Muslims practice. How can they not, it is plastered in every source of news media available. Islam may deny that Christ was not God, but why focus on the difference between the two religions? Why not focus on the fact that Muslims believe in the same God as Christians. Muslims also believe that Christ is the Messiah, and that he was born of a virgin. Muslims also believe in the Prophet Moses, and his teachings, and the list goes on with more similarities between these two religions. Also, don't Christians believe that those who do not believe as they do are also going to hell?

Your heart is in the right place, but the mind is not following the heart. You have to understand the impact this has on all Muslims. All the hate that is being fed into the minds of many people, does not just get directed towards the scary men we see on TV with their faces covered. They indeed are beautiful people, just like all of Gods creation is. They are just falling into the same trap that many of the faithful are going to fall into. Remember, Jesus informed us that even the most faithful will be deceived. That is a very powerful statement, when you think about it.

If you are a Christian, than I am sure you are familiar with the book of Revelation, and the days leading to Armageddon. I will save you the time from reading through a very long post. The end days are something that I have thought about and thought about for a very long time. How could one succeed and deceiving the whole world? Think about that? What would it take for Satan to deceive all of man kind? Remember the motto, Divide and Conquer.

The real battle you are fighting for, is a battle for your mind, body, and soul, and you are the battlefield. There are some very powerful people who worship Lucifer.

Another good book that I would recommend is Son of Hamas - Mosab Hassan Yousef, son of Hamas leader Sheikh Hassan Yousef - convert from Muslim to Christianity

Also, there is a good 8-part series on YouTube - Islam - What the West Needs to Know

I always try and keep in mind that the best friend to Islam is a "moderate Muslim" which in Christianity would be known as a hypocrite.
"...Muslims believe in the same God as Christians. Muslims also believe that Christ is the Messiah, and that he was born of a virgin. Muslims also believe in the Prophet Moses, and his teachings, and the list goes on with more similarities between these two religions.

Allah is not the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. Muslims believe Christ was simply a prophet and nothing more. And you are right - there are striking similarities between the teachings of Islam and Christianity, which brings me to your final point. Satan is a MASTER of deception - just look at what he has been able to do through Islam! He isn't the "father of lies" because he's sort of good with lying - IT'S WHAT HE DOES BEST!

As far as what concerns the end and deception of mankind?

11And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie:

12That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness.

2 T'hessalonians 2:11-12 KJV

Do not be fooled, God has made everything clear in His Word that Satan tries to manipulate, twist, pervert and destroy.

God's blessings to you!
Allah is not the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob.

How do you know this?

Muslims believe Christ was simply a prophet and nothing more.

Muslims believe Christ is the Messiah.

And you are right - there are striking similarities between the teachings of Islam and Christianity, which brings me to your final point. Satan is a MASTER of deception - just look at what he has been able to do through Islam!

What is it that he was able to do through Islam that he has not been able to do through every religion, organization, and man throughout the history of mankind?

It is man who is evil, not religion.
