I like serious candidates and right now we are not ready to deffend ourselves

There are a few serious candidates that ran this time for the GOP.  Bachman was one.  Cain was one.  They are both out of the race now.  Santorum is serious and Gingrich is serious, and I also believe Perry is serious.  These candidates are really genuinely serious about keeping us Americans safe from domestic abuse and outside forces.  I read people pretty well.  Ron Paul is simply an agitator; nothing more, nothing less.  I believe (at this time) that Romney feels he deserves to be President and is not, in my opinion, all that serious about the issues that need addressing.  I believe Romney would be better than Obama, but I'm not sure about Romney's ability to handle our foreign affairs; I'm not sure he really understands the subject all that well.  Our Constitution isn't gong to be used if we are conquered.  In 1776 the framers of the constitution did a great job setting up freedom from government, but they had no understanding of the technology that was to come in the next 200 years.  We really may be at a crossroads in history where whom is elected to the Presidency and whom is ellected to congress determines whether we survive as a free Nation.  One 50 megatron pop 300 miles up in the center of our Nation and almost all of us would instantly be living with 18th century technology.  If this happens people will, at least at first, kill one another for food.  Most people do not wish to run their daily lives concerned about this sort of danger, so they find a way to deal with this reality and many choose to not believe it is possible.  The fact is that it is not only possible, it is likely that we will be hit by a nuclear weapon given our current defensive system.  We really do need to catch up with current times defensively.  A missle defense system must be at least part of the defensive strategy.  I really don't care how much it costs; money will mean nothing if our Nation falls.  The President of the United States number one responsibility as Commandor and Chief is to command a military that protects this Nation from outside forces.  Obama's actions indicate his willingness to downgrade our ability to deffend ourselves from an outside force and Ron Paul would make that degridation even worse.  We need to build a 21st century military designed to protect the interests of this Nation or nothing else is going to matter.  It is my belief that we only have two candidates left in the GOP race that are capable of accomplishing this task and those two candidates are Gingrich first and Santorum second.

For all of you out there that rely on computer's, Android's, i-pads, cell phones, etc... well; one 50 megaton pop and all of these devices are all useless; they will no longer work; they can not be repaired.  You rely on these devices to keep in touch with everyone you wish to at will; well; that communication will be gone all at once and there will be absolutely nothing you can do about it once it happens; your communication with the world ouside shouting distance is gone; you are now isolated, alone, and in danger from anyone that wishes to survive.

This is not fiction.  None of this stuff I am discussing is hidden; it's all in plane site, just look around.  Nuclear weapons are real.  The delivery systems are real.  The actions, by those that wish to use them, are happening right now.  The world is not a safe place; it never has been.  We have enjoyed many decades of security due to our military strength and intervention in other parts of the world.  Young people have experienced no hardships, thereby believing in a false security.  If the wrong choices are made and/or we wait too long to put in place our defensive capabilities and act on our offensive obligations, then the probability that we will be unprepaired to deffend ourselves against an attack is very high.  It no longer takes years to conquer a nation; it doesn't take months; it doesn't take weeks; what it takes is hours or maybe even minutes.  This is reality!  You can choose to ignore it if you wish; no one is forcing you to open your eyes to the reality of the real world as it is right now.  There is no fiction here and it is right in front of your face and all you have to do is open you eyes and see this physical reality.  The enemy is coming and they are not hiding.  They are setting up sites in plain sight from which to attack.  They are telling us in plain words exactly what they plan to do; there are no secrets.  Many will simply ignore their own observations and come up with some justification for why what they saw wasn't real.

One only has to be reminded by history to see our nation is failing in leadership.  We were blind to the possible attacks of Japan on Pearl Harbor.  Well to be more clear, we had plenty of red flags and warning signs but we chose to be blind.  We stand to be possibly in the same situation with Iran.  This is why it is crucial to have a POTUS who recognizes our potential of being attacked and who takes seriously the threats of Iran's president, Mahmoud Ahmadinejad.
