Judge David Carter Orders Discovery in the Obama Birth Certificate Case

I'm not able to confirm anything from a major media source yet (checking CNN, Fox, MSNBC, Newsmax and others as I have time) but several small media sources are confirming that judge David Carter of California has ordered discovery concerning Barack Obama's failure to produce a birth certificate as proof of natural citizenship. This would mean that Obama has 30 days to produce a birth certificate to the judge.

Orly Taitz is Alan Keyes' lawyer and this is the suit that Alan Keyes filed. I saw a link on a mainstream site yesterday that casually mentioned it. The title was "Showdown set for Keyes vs. Obama.

Anyway, if it's true, interesting events could be unfolding. Let me state again that I don't know if it's true or not except that a mainstream show today said "There's a major, earth-shattering story brewing concerning President Obama but I'm waiting on some other confirmations first." (Paraphrased).

So...who knows. Just thought I'd get this up here if it hits so we can start discussing.

So what happens if by some remote chance the courts rule Obama is not legally entitled to be President based on place of birth? What is the constitutional process for removing him, don't say biden would be president because the election would be invalidated.. I'm afraid all possiblilities lead to a constitutional crisis w/ at best President Pelosi
