Last nights debate showed Ron Paul's real colors
Ron Paul is in denial of reality. Ron Paul actually believes if we leave them alone, then they will leave us alone. This is dilusional thinking. Maybe we should turn that around. If they left us alone, then maybe we would leave them alone. I wonder somtimes if anyone remembers September 11th 2001 New York city. It was clear from last nights debate that Ron Paul loses his cool under preasure. Based on my observation Ron Paul is an unstable man.
I was hoping Bachman would give me more insight into what her plan is instead of spinning allagations at Newt. I really like Bachman, but last night I saw a side to her that I did not like.
People are not stupid. It is easy to see when someone is simply spinning the truth to make it appear as something much different than it really is and it also is a waste of time.

Ed, The site I wish you would go to have about 1500 archetechs and engineers plus MANY others w/ more education than you have, w/ phd's, masters' degrees, etc, from all over the place who say that the buildings COULD NOT HAVE COME DOWN like the govt. claims.
Am I to believe that they are all stupid but not you and your one proffessor ?

I want the government to listen to phone calls to find the terrorists.
I want the government to read e-mails to find the terrorists.
I want my grandma to bend over and "spreadum" at the airport to find the terrorists.
I want camera's all over the place to catch the terrorists.
I want little children to be felt up and x-rayed at the airport to find the terrorist.
I want endless body searches, ex-rays and being felt up to find the terrorists.
I want the government to be able to come to my home anytime they want and kick down my door to find
the terrorists.
I want the borders left open because we don't want to offend anyone ! OOPS that one doesn't sound like it
belongs here because isn't that one of the ways the terrorists get here in the first place ?
I want to be microchiped so that they know whether or not I'm a terrorist.
I wan't A DPS device on my car so that they can find the terrorist.
I want a "flu" shot because the terrorists might give me the flu.
I don't want to spank my child because they might turn into a terrorists.
I don't want to "think" because it will be harder for the terrorist to take advantage of me.
I want to be aware of all the terrorists around me at all times, so I just sit in my house and peek out the window
from time to time to make suer it's all clear.
I won't let my kids or family go out to work or play because the terrorists might get them.
I want to listen to the "mainstream" news because they are the ONLY ones who are correct.
I think that the Internet should be banned because that's how the terrorists network.
I'm so glad that I decided to believe my "WONDERFUL" government who's ONLY desire is to protect me
from the terrorists.
It feels SO good to be SAFE at last.................... but at least I'm FREE............ah, er, aargg ???????

Why don't we get back to the idea of debating issues instead of calling each other names. There are a number of issues more worthy of discussion than rehashing conspiracy theories. By the way, for the person using the term "dooshbag," the proper spelling is douche bag, which in its own way is a compliment to the intended "target" - i.e. it is an instrument of cleansing. So maybe if we follow that line of thinking we could clean up the trash talk, eh???

As for the staunch Ron Paul supporters, you might be interested that I am hoping to help sponsor a Ron Paul spokesman to visit the Kalamazoo area sometime in late January. So much for this tea party being "highjacked" by establishment types. There is a lot of room for a wide variety of ideas to reach the various forums available to us. Why don't we work together to get a real hearing by all rather than trying to shout down folks who may not agree to everything "our" candidate stands for?? Stay tuned for further information.
In the meantime, why don't we use 2012 to focus on the real enemies of liberty - the socialist/Marxist/progressive/"liberal"/intolerant hordes of statists at all levels of government. I think we could do better, despite our bickering over issues of who is the true conservative. Even a neoCon would be better than these statists. In fact, neoCons are a like former smokers in a bar in their zeal against socialism. There is more to bind us together - libertarians, neoCons, paleoCons, whatever flavor of Conservative suits your tastes - so let's find a way to work together to stop the destruction of America. I, too, would like to see the troops brought home, but at the same time there ARE REAL TERRORISTS out there who want to do damage to our way of life. Wishing, and playing nice with them, only raises their motivation against us.
Anyway, 2012 needs to be the Year of the Conservative. Let's make it so. Happy New Year.

In my opinion, we all should be doing our homework researching each candidate. We should not let the media or others do our vetting of the candidates. I try hard to practice what I preach and have spent many hours reading and watching videos of speeches, and searching voting records of each candidate.
I had one candidate from day one I was supporting but swayed and threw my support behind Herman Cain. Well we know how that turned out. I am now back on track with my original candidate. I am 100% behind Rick Santorum for president. I believe he represents what we as Tea Party members and conservatives want in our POTUS. There is no doubt in my mind Santorum could go head to head with Obama in a debate and has the credentials to be worthy of the highest position in the land. All he really needs is for us Tea Party members to get behind him.
All I ask is for everyone to take a look at Senator Santorum, do your research before you discount him as unelectable.

We are trillions & trillions of dollars in debt already from over extending our "HELP" to everyone while our OWN suffer with no jobs, (the main cause of our economic suffering) Our health care, bridges and damns, roads, schools, air, water, loss of our homes, homeless people everywhere, everything I can think of is in jepordy and we still think we can help others.........What a joke............

Rick Wartorum??? Do you not understand we can't afford more war? Unwrap yourself from the ameriCan flag for a minute and realize that our country is going into bankruptcy and the dollar is collapsing. Everything that flag stands for is being taken away from you in the name of fighting the boogie men in caves. Homeland security is being set up for us and not the turbin wearing brown skinned men that everybody loves to hate so much.
Ron Paul has the best policy regarding Israel and the rest of the middle east....MIND OUR OWN BUSINESS. Israel has 300 nuclear weapons. They can take care of themselves...Why should Israel have to sacrafice their soverignty to us? Let them deal with Iran the way they see fit. Ron Paul was one of the only congressman to approve the strike on Iran from Israel in the 80's because he thought it should be their decision and not ours...GET IT???

Rick Santorum is a Candidate I can support. Rick Santorum has family values I can support and uses current reality to guid his reason. Rick is smart and has the sanity to make the right decisions. I believe by now everyone knows Newt is my favorite and Rick Santorum and Michelle Bachman are tied for my next fovorite.
