Brett, Thanks for posting this farewell speech !  He was a beacon of good and will continue to be !  His legacy will live in the hearts of ALL who truely believe in Freedom and understand what is really wrong with America..............He's stepping down from Congress but NOT stepping away from what still remains to be accomplished !  Dr Paul is my Hero and a Hero to many............
