A wonderful thing happened at the County commissioners meeting today. It was explained to Ray and Janet how to go about filing a suit regarding the constitutionality of the NDAA. Marletta Seats gave her findings of what other counties are doing and R. McKinley Elliot expalined the process they shoud go thru to express their concerns. Janet asked what the cost would be and Elliot said $250. Janet said she didn't have $250 and Elliot explaind she could file the suit as an indigent. Apparently ray and his followers in Berrien and Allegen counties convictions aren't strong enough to come up with the money to support their concern with the NDAA.

Ray started his talk with something about Rosa Parks and inserted a quote from Edmund Burke. Anyone can Look up "famous quotes" on the internet.

Also, at about 1 pm, as my wife and I were choking down a Chicken Parmesan at Burger King, Ray walked in and placed an order. Asa he left, he waked by and said "Blah Blah Blah.My wife asked "who's he takling to"? I said "probably himself. It's best not to engage his type".

Todd,

I guess the Co. Commissioners think someone should mortgage their home to fight for what we already have (the Constitution) It would cost me more than $250.00. It would cost more because that would just be the filing fee ( I believe) and from there it would cost much, much more because everyone who seems to LIKE the NDAA and think it doesn't involve the citizens would be fighting me for a looong time ! To become indigent would mean I'd have to "not "own my home or anythhing else !

I was hoping that our "elected" officials could be of some help, but apparently not ! Imagine an "elected" official, telling their constituents to mortgage their home (thats pretty much what commissioner was saying) because they are NOT willing to help them ?
