The President is using drones to kill without congressional approval.

The op-ed piece is spot-on. Judge Napolitano’s credibility is high enough to get his Fox News TV show dropped. I like the judge because he has a strict interpretation of the Constitution….as does Ron Paul.

How much power the Executive Branch has, has been a contentious issue from the beginning. The presidential use of drones is authorized under the 1973 War Powers Act and the 2001 AUMF which precede BHO, as Napolitano points out in his op-ed.

This Glenn Beck video provides a synopsis of the basis and danger of BHO’s political philosophy. What Beck doesn’t cover is BHO’s Muslim background or his conversion to Christianity. For some 20 years, BHO attended the church services of Reverend Wright. Wright was a Muslim and schooled in Communist sponsored liberation theology in Central America prior to his conversion to Christianity and move to Chicago.

I doubt that BHO has a single supporter in the ranks of SWMTPP. Indeed, SWMTPP is an activist group for his replacement, and his congressional supporters: Levin, Stabenow, and Upton. These 3 voted for the 2012 NDAA and Upton voted for CISPA.
