BCTP Patriots...as you are well aware, we are closing in on a very important election that surely will determine the destiny of America's liberties and the freedoms of those ancestral generations we will be leave behind, as a result of our failure to recognize the disastrous nature of the Progressive (some would say Marxist) Obama regime.
Alice Hunt is our Precinct Delegate Chairperson and has programed herself for nothing less than a win in November. Her win is a big win for the good folks of Barry County. Alice is nearing 20 Barry County Precinct Delegate candidates ...that is an amazing accomplishment.
Our meeting on May 8th. 7:00 p.m. at the Middle Villa Inn will involve the showing of a video, "Neighborhood/Community Organizing The Voices Of America" which is considered THE training guide for Precinct Delegate. We are planning on the Delegate candidates being there and will invite those current Precinct Delegates of the GOP if they would like to share the information with us.
We cannot over-express the importance of the need to establish TEA Party Patriots to elected positions throughout our County. Each Precinct Delegate represents about 300 to 500 voters in their precinct, provided all openings are filled... many more voters if not. Doors to a multitude of political opportunities and issues will be opened and you will finally realize some positive results of your involvement...actually feeling the satisfaction and realization of "hands-on" experiences where you can say, I did something for my future family!!! We will have more Precinct Delegate applications and also Voter applications at our May meeting. There will be a need for a Notary Public at the meeting. If you are a Notary or know of a Notary who would like to attend our meeting, please let me know.
I will be sending out a May Meeting Agenda soon. Hope to see all of you at the meeting...bring a friend, neighbor or the rest of your family. Remember, there are many who get together for dinner at around 5:30 for over the table Conservative discussions. Come join us and feel the freedom of talking "Conservative" without being ridiculed by a liberal...its a very enjoyable feeling.

I am sure Rep Callton has considered your request and will eventually respond.  I would suggest a follow-up direct email to his office, indicating this is your second request and you need an answer.  Send your request to mikecallton@house.mi.gov

If your second request does not produce a response, please let me know.  Thanks...Gary

I am trying to get State Rep Callton to cosponsor this years Shared Parenting Bill in the house but have not had any luck getting a response. Have any of you been able to communicate with him? If so,  could you ask him to contact State Rep Rogers and sign on?

Can we start making a list of state items that we believe can be privatized?

So many of these November comments are now out of date or just old, can the ones who put them up consider removing them?

That is a good point; I will see if we can get them to automatically roll off.

I just wanted to apologize for the extra emails you may be getting from the Gmail account I set up. My husband recieved 5 emails, which is scary because I sent it to Gary and not the rest of the group. I'm not sure what the issue is but I'm searching for an answer and hopefully you won't receive any more. I'm very sorry.

Speakers for the January meeting. Paul is working on Sherry Williams for our first meeting. We don't want speakers at our committee meeting as that is our agenda planning time.
Comment by Becky Crowe on November 8, 2010 at 7:29am
No, we don't have a speaker yet. Any ideas? Do we want to have more than one? I've heard conflicting reports. Some view more than one takes away from each speaker, others like it. What do you all think?
