Liberty and Freedom
Do you know how the political system works? Are you tired of what “THEY” are doing to our country?
A precinct delegate represents the people in their precinct and is eligible to be selected as a delegate to the state convention where the delegates vote on who will lead the party and fill the offices of the party as well as selecting many important candidates on the ballot for which there is no primary.
The district where you vote is called a precinct. In most of Barry County that is a township. Each township has up to 4 or 5 delegate slots for each party and in most cases most (if not all) of them are vacant.
There is no need to campaign for this office as many of the slots are vacant and you are unlikely to have a candidate challenging you.
This is not a big commitment, please consider it. It is a 2 year office that can be renewed at the end of the 2 years.
