This is outrageous! Regardless if this Mr. Irish turns out to be a bad guy or not, It is stated in the affadavit that one of the reasons the child has been removed from parental custody is because he is affiliated with Oath Keepers. Oath Keepers is a group of retired veterans, police and firefighters who have vowed to keep the oath of protecting the constitution and not to follow any unlawful orders such as detaining Americans in concentration or FEMA camps. We have to stand up against this or none of our children are safe from the tentacles of CPS and family courts with no due process.

Seems some of the other allegations against Mr Irish is that he had previous run ins with Child Protective services, failed to take an anger management class, and some kind of weapons charges. The other 2 children in the home had already been removed and the court ordered the taking of the newborn because of an already standing order. On the other side of the coin there is the failure right here close to home of CPS NOT protecting the life of Calista Springer, the girl who died chained to her bed in a house fire in Centerville. Numerous complaints about alleged abuse were never followed up on and the end result is she died a horrible death. CPS nationwide needs major overhauls, it appears to be the one area in our court system that fails miserably. Either you are guilty until you somehow manage to prove yourself innocent, or the children in authentically abusive environments are left to die there. It needs fixed and needs fixed now!

Thanks for bringing attention to the tax funded corrupted bureaucracy of CPS. They are ruthless and will do anything to justify their jobs. That corrupt agency that took that little boy will get a non-refunded able amount of money (thousands). Even if he is returned in a day or two. Anyone can have a 'run in' with CPS because anyone can call and make a complaint on anyone. Someone in power does not like this man and that's all it will take. You are right to say that once the government is so big they will use all the government workers to go along with using their corrupt bureaucracy to do what they want. The government workers will not help the non-government workers out because they do not want to lose their pensions, public union jobs, or benefits. Basically a large majority of our tax money goes to ensure that the government workers continue to support the corrupt representatives in office. The government workers must be weaned way down. And CPS is the best place to start. The bureaucracy is clearly wasting money when they take children from loving parents for tax funds to pay their salary. There is no need for CPS and statistics show this. The abuse rate has not went down since the 1997 SAFE FAMILIES ACT was signed into office which gave local agencies federal funding to take and adopt out more children.
Just like they took this little boy a couple years ago because his dad (a professor at Michigan University) accidently bought him lemonade (with alcohol) at a baseball game. It was a good thing that the boy’s father and mother worked for the government and had connections or the boy may have ended up in some projects with a pedophile paid for by our tax money.

Laura interesting info...Unbelievable how far gone we are with our constitutional rights...I found this paragraph stunning in the 2 page boildown on the NCCPR info site:

"The normal protections of due process of law simply don’t apply in child welfare proceedings. Children can be stripsearched – and seized – without a warrant. Children can be taken solely on the authority of a caseworker without a hearing beforehand. At the hearing afterwards, there is no guarantee of counsel for the indigent, and usually no effective counsel at all. The standard of proof is no higher than that used to determine which insurance company pays for a fender-bender. Once again, the problem with all this is not the harm to parents – rather the harm is to children needlessly trapped in foster care. "
No due process as guranteed by our constitution. Also, there is info regarding Haliburton and Dyncorp running child-trafficking rings through some of these institutions. But as usual everyone is compartmentalized and doesn't realize there are a bunch of sickos running things at the top...Generally, I believe there are a lot of good people working for CPS who think they are doing the right thing but we need more whislteblowers to come out and give the gernal public more info. My whole problem with this case is that they listed Mr. Irish's affiliation with Oath Keepers (true patriots) as reason for removing the child. That should never had been considered as "reason" for removing a child from their parents. Regardless of the other charges and whether or not Mr. Irish is a good person remains to be seen. I don't trust CPS thats all I know.... Thats the underlying story here is that some one who supports these patriot groups could concieveably have their children taken. That doesn't sound like freedom to me.....I support Oath Keepers and I can't imagine Social Workers showing up with comments I made on their website as evidence to remove my children. That is a dangerous precedent to set for remoivng children.
