Publicity meeting overview
Hi all,
Good meeting last night! We talked about some general goals/etc and how we will work with the Board, I do have one task that I would like to offer out to everyone:
1. we need to form a press list. I have one already done in Excel, but it needs updated with SW MI info and we need someone to form ONE master press list. It involves some date sync 'ing" in Excel, and a willingness to add to it by searching out other press email contacts in this area.
Also, a note: all written created documents, press releases, etc that go to public use need seen by the board before using them. No biggie.
A big meeting is coming up soon here, date TBA. When it is announced, I plan on trying to hold a Publicity meeting right before it, say 30 minutes before. All who can make it, pelase come. When the next meeting is announced, we'll confirm this.
I'll post the contents of the agenda on a separate post.
