LOL-so the title of the site was ILLEGAL trespass by sheriff. Was it proven illegal? If so, Isn't the site mislabeled. On the video, you sound like a disturbed person babbling about the Constiution etc and section etc etc. Maybe Obama will appoint you to the Supreme Court. You could always impress him with your knowledge of the Constitution as he desn't know much about it either.
It appears you were once the President of the Berrien County Libertarian Party. It appears to me that the Libertarian Party's members have alienated people so bady that they are now going to the TEA Party, ( or the Republican Party-in Pauls case) to try and gain some respect.

Out of control government-how about out of control Ray Kirkus? As I understand it the problem, there was some pollution of well water and your septic system was suapect. I would have thought that you would be interested in seeing that the water you, your son, and your neighbors was not being recycled from your septic system.
First you said you feared for your life-I didn't see that deputy threaten you in any way. Then you said they were going to make you rich when you sued them. A man fearing for his life thinking about getting rich> Doesn't add up.
You sued and lost-as far as I can tell. You tried to enlist the Indiana MILITIA to help you in your case. Did they. Or did they see you as a lot of the posters on the one site did?
It would have been much easier to let the inspector check the site and be gone-unless you had something you didn't want them to see. The neighbors and yourself would have been assured you were not the source of pollution and all would have been "well"
A secret? If you wanted it to be kept a secret, why did you post it on the internet?

Yes Folks I have a nasty attitude, but only towards out of control government and those public servants who abuse their powers and believe me there are plenty out there that do. So, no I don't just give in to things, nor sit and argue over pointless rhetoric.
The facts are quite simple, the government , at all levels, is too big, too powerful and out of control, hence; the tea Party movement.
I am not ashamed of my involvement to bureaucrats accountable for their abuses. Most people who have had government "help them" know exactly what I am talking about. Those who haven't, are either part of the problem, or eventually will be subjects themselves.
It's so simple for those who wish to remain anonymous and refuse to identify themselves to argue with everyone in defence of the status quo, yet offer no solutions except more of the same. Those people are cowards, yet participate in groups who are looking for solutions, some refer to them as trolls. I will continue to post what I feel is relevant.
I would figure that Willard Romney, who holds a Juris Doctorate in Law from Harvard, would have challenged a liberal journalists interpretation of the priovisions in the NDAA if he did not agree with her interpretation of the law. Despite his misgivings, I will accept that the NDAA is what I thought it was and so should everyone else.
I will continue, as I have called Upton and Hoogendyk and reiterated my concern over the atrocious provisions in the NDAA and future bills pushing in the same direction. Some may wish to downplay what is happening, but MOST Americans are waking up and taking a stand and I am proud to be part of that movement more and more everyday.
