Share 'Constitutional Litmus Test For ALL Candidates For Congress'

 I had this idea in my last post but want it  on its own  for discusssion. Maybe have seen something like this before. EVERY candidate for congress must take this pledge or they are not deserving of a single vote.   "I WILL PASS NO LAW OUTSIDE OF THE BOUNDARIES OF THE CONSTITUTION AS INTERPRETED BY THE FOUNDING FATHERS."   This means they will have to have a general understanding of the FEDERALSI…
