Funny joke: A man goes into his credit union to complain that his online banking transfers isn't working. He tell the clerk everytime he attempts to transfer $$ from savings to checking it tells him he can't. The lady tells him that the congress passed a rule stating you can only do those transfers 6 times/month. He asks why, she says the government wants to encourage people to save.  Funny part:…
