Election Returns Watchers at Brewsters

November 2, 2010 from 7pm to 11pm
Gather and watch the election returns roll in at Brewsters by the Airport in Portage. Local candidates will be present to make appearances to thank supporters among the Tea Party members and celebrate victories!

Poll Challenger Training at Tea Party Office Boardroom

October 4, 2010 from 7pm to 8:30pm
We need folks to watch what happens at the polls on Nov. 2nd and make sure there's no shenanigans by Acorn, etc.This training session will provide the knowledge needed to be certified.Please sign into the website and RSVP for the session so we have a good idea of how many training manuals to create.This is the first of the two most important elections in our lifetime. When you join specific groups, you will have the ability to communicate with other members of that group. SOUTHWEST MICHIGAN TEA PARTY PATRIOTS

The Mission of the SWMI Tea Party Patriots is to communicate to our elected officials the message that they must return to the principles upon which our nation was founded: Individual liberty, limited government, and a respect for the Constitution. The SWMI Tea Party Patriots is a true grassroots organization. We are not united under a single political party or leader; however, we are united under the following Core Principles:
• Respect for the Constitution
• Limited Government
• Separation of Powers
• Protection of Individual and Property Rights
• Fiscal Responsibility
• Free Trade and Commerce
• Fairer, Flatter, More Equitable Tax System
