Mark Steyn does it again! He capsulizes the plight of America's future by highlighting history. In this case, it's the very recent history of Greece, which is bankrupt...and only a few months--or year--ahead of the USA in it's collapse.

There is a 'national' organization called the Tea Party Patriots. I belong to their web site and usually take part in their weekly conference calls. The TPP drew up a great concept of designing a Contract From America. This became a web site where folks could submit ideas for consideration for inclusion in a final list of 10 things that the Tea Parties want done by Congress.
One of the items that received many votes (including mine) was the Fair Tax. It was in the top 10… Continue

The school board in a small city in RI just moved to fire the principal and all the teachers in a high school there. In order to change the culture of a school that graduated only 50% of its students they had to wipe the slate clean.
In 2005 the GOP was in charge of the Senate. They wanted to move some legislation that the Dems opposed. The Dems threatened a filibuster; the GOP threatened the 'nuclear option', which is the reconciliation option being considered by the… Continue

take advantage of the environment which we were allowed to enjoy.
is the incentive for our children? Parents or government are the
answers to their needs. How is this environment going to help us
compete in a world economy?… Continue

Voters to Democrats: Jobs, Jobs, Jobs
