A new Rasmussen Reports national telephone survey finds that 75% of Americans favor auditing the Federal Reserve and making the results available to the public. Upton on Cash for Clunkers

The Cash for Clunkers program crashed last night with no notice to car dealers. They were left hanging having made sales, cars out the door and a government system that just shut down with no notice. I was responsible for the network of a major regional bank at one time. If the ATM network had a problem, I heard about it from another VP in a far flung part of the bank within five minutes and was graded severly on recovery times.
