Let's Remake the GOP!

We have made a pledge to contribute $100 each to a nationwide Tea Party 527 PAC at http://www.freedomforce.us and we encourage you to do the same ( or greater or lesser amount), if you are able to. It is a pledge only at this time to determine if there is enough desire for millions in the Tea Party movement to contribute a small amount to enable us to compete with the Moveon.org 527 PAC. Don Jakel has had discussions with two of the principals organizing this PAC, and he believes it is worth pursuing. Details will be provided by the organizers before you are asked to activate your pledge.

The immediate goal is to achieve $10,000.000 in pledges in 9 days to prove they can raise enough to take the next step. If they fail to get enough support, they will abandon their effort and not activate any pledges. The ultimate goal is to raise at least $1 billion, enough to take control of the GOP/RNC.

2. If you are still skeptical, read the 1st 3 articles that have links in the
body of the 4th article. They are lengthy but very informative
3. Click on the link at the bottom of the article and make your pledge
(you do not send any $$ until you know what they will do with it)
4. Forward this email to everyone you know that is fed up with DC too
5. Wait until November 12 to find out if 100,000 or more grassroots
patriots are willing to join you

If only 1/3rd of the Tea Party/912 movement pledge $100, that would produce $1 billion. If that seems improbable, recall that 1.5 million patriots spent an average of $400 to go to DC on 9/12. That was $600 million spent.

This is a "no lose" proposition. If it fails, it costs you nothing. If it succeeds, it will be monumental. How else could you leverage a $100 contribution by over 1,000,000 to 1. Act now, only 2 days remain to MAKE A DIFFERENCE.

Thanks Gene, My personal pledge is done and I too have sent this out to my friends and family. Most of whom I have no idea what their political views are, but they sure know my views now! Time to put my money where my mouth is!!

At Sunday's meeting, it was stated that a person could pay the pledge in monthly installments. Is this still correct, and if so, how many months would we have to pay our pledge?? Thanks.
