I thought I’d point out a site that I think is very interesting and having to do with US government employees and elected officials called Legistorm (www.legistorm.com) If you have not tried it, you might be interested to know that it is great for finding things like how much an elected official spent on an official trip, what foreign gifts they have received (and value) etc. This site also gives government employee salaries in a nice searchable way.

For example Joe Biden's Foreign donations are from:
Biden, Sen. Joe Iraq, Saudi Arabia, Vietnam, United Nations, Colombia
