Tunisian Beheaded for Converting to Christianity

"A graphic video of a Christian man being beheaded by Muslim extremists for converting from Islam to Christianity was recently shown on talk shows in Canada and Egypt. Footage of the incident, which reportedly took place in Tunisia, shows a young man being held down like "an animal" with a knife to his throat."

"The man holding the knife begins to cut to the cries of "Allahu Akbar!" (or "God is great!"), as the victim appears to be mouthing a prayer. The slicing takes about two minutes before the beheading is complete--upon which they shouted more Islamic cries and slogans of victory."

 

The video interview that accompanies this article is appalling. Both men pretend that only a so-called "extremist" would ever behead a former Muslim. But that is NOT what the Qur'an teaches. The man who sawed off the Christian's head was simply following the Qur'an. And if I'm not mistaken, isn't that the same book ALL Muslims follow?

 

" They [apostates] shall have a curse on them: whenever they are found, they shall be seized and slain (without mercy)." (Qur'an 33.61, Medina)

 

"So choose not friends from them [apostates] till they forsake their homes in the way of Allah; if they turn back (to enmity) then take them and kill them wherever ye find them, and choose no friend nor helper from among them." (Qur'an 4.89, Medina)

A religion of peace ?   As long as you comply with their beliefs.  Kinda like liberals.
