Upholding the Constitution: Enumerated Powers Act

The Enumerated Powers Act now before Congress would require our reps to cite the constitutional authority for every bill they propose.

So far, 22 senators have signed on (all Republicans, surprise, surprise!) and 60 representatives (all Republicans again--including Upton, Hoekstra, and McCotter, the only MI reps on the list).

Clearly, Democrats do NOT support the Constitution.
