Liberty and Freedom

I being republican am very aware that the crisis our nation is in lies with both party's at fault. President Bush could have done better in certain areas. On the other hand Obama is by far not helping the nation recover from the damage that has already been done. In fact he is adding to it. I have found it hard to use his name and president in the same sentence. I myself am extremely patriotic. My whole living room is decorated in the Americana theme. I am ashamed that the American people were driven to elect Obama on alot of factors that turned out to be lies and also the fact that he is Black. I am by no means racist and personally believe in equal rights for all, but there were alot of uninformed voters that voted for him solely on the color of his skin and that my friends is racism at it's worst form. I hope for the sake of this nation he pulls his head out of his ass and starts fufilling all those promises he made to us while campaigning.

True...I just wish that all the people who voted would have looked at the facts and not that by voting Obama in we would be making history. I personally voted for Mccain but relly wanted Mitt Romney. I am hopeful that I can attend on the 15th. Hey what will happen to this page after the 15th will it still be up and running?

I agree, part of the reason Obama did well was some folks wanted to prove that the USA is not racist by voting for a black man. But, he is not the decendent of a slave, but rather a rather liberal thinking family with roots in Scotland! Ironic? ... I think so.
