I'm writing this from a ChiTcago library as I'm staying with my father while he is undergoing radiation treatments. There is little hope of a remission so what they are doing is working to prolong his life for as long as possible. He is in good spirits ...

Who has me listed for what? Is there anything I'm expected to do at this time?

I am inelegible to be a delegate as I am NOT a dues paying member of the GOP ... yet! I would have happily served if that were possible.

Scott, yes I also spoke with Bill. I do not qualify for not paying GOP dues for 6 months. I think Danny and Diane Konneck for sure have paid and were delegates/alternates. Al indicated you wanted a copy of the mailing list for our group. I can send it and need to remind I am the master keeper of the list so we do not have various versions

You might be interested in a web site "alliance for natural health USA " They follow legislative changes on health related issues & offer a quick way to send pro or con remarks to our Senators etc.

I like very much your letter to Barb Vanderveen. I met Barb at our local GOP monthly meeting. I in fact have been asked to give a brief presentation to the group.Object: To inform them what we are all about and our intentions. I know that in away I am the token Tea Party guy but I see this as an opportunity to educate. If you don't care I would like to use your letter. In fact if you would like to address them your self I am sure you would do a better job.I am not the most polished speaker. I look forward to meeting you on Upton meet up . Gene

The reason I wanted to contact you is believe you talked to Matt Lori( St. Rep) in recent days. Matt still hasn't been corroded by the Lansing Political Rust.He knows I have been very active in our movement for the last two years and mention you invited him to a gathering. I am unable to participate this week. My daughter is in the Elkhart County 4H and her meeting is tonight. I should be able to go to the meeting that is scheduled in May.
Are all of you regular meetings the first Monday of the month?

Thanks a lot for the welcome. I wish I could help plan for the 15th. I signed up to stay connected to all the local tea party groups in sw michigan. I work for Hoekstra for Governor and I'm trying to find out about all the different groups that are out there, the events they're doing, and when they have their monthly meetings. Shirley, I condensed the two pages into one. It is somewhere on this website under "teaparty". It is part color. I wonder how much the printing place downtown Elkhart would charge.

Yes it is. I know you have to add to the second page, the one with the picture, but I thought i could do the first page since it is in B/W. I would find another way to print the colored page. Let me know.

Scott, I have made copies of the delegate info and app. also the strategic plan. Right now I can do black and white so I only printed 1 of the mission statements (first page) but wondered if you want me to print alot of those. The second page has the color picture on it so I will have to do something else for that. I will bring them to the next meeting.

I'm currently on the Board of SWMIPATS and reached out to Cass to stay in touch. Probably won't be of much help for your local events... I've got 3 open houses and a table at a gun show coming up...
