Jennifer, I was about to post this very video............Thanks.............Most won't even believe it and if you don't believe it you won't do anything about it either............It passed the Senate AND the house...meaning that the REPUBLICANS voted for it as well as the DEMS..........Of course if Upton voted for it he would just wiggle out of it and say it didn't mean the "citizens"  and it would be believed by those who are still blind !  LOL.............IT'S BOTH SIDES OF THE ISLE FOLKS.......... Please get with the program   !!
