The second biggest problem is the government needs to let parents, parent and stop being everyone's "daddy"...............the government ties the hands of the parents and then expects the kids to grow with morals, ambition and respent for themselves and other's...................These kids grow up knowing full well that the government will take care of them from cradle to grave because that's what they are taught............WHY should they work, learn or do anything they don't want to do ?

Major problems in public schools. But the biggest problem is poor--or NO--parenting.
